This isn’t another productivity system.
It’s a way to harness your ADHD brain, build skills, and stay on track with what matters.
I get it. I’ve lived through the distraction, overwhelm, and self-doubt. The Skills Scaffold is the framework I developed to help us focus and learn more intentionally.
Why I Built this for People Like Me…
For most of my life, I thought I just lacked discipline.
I believed that if I could just “focus harder,” I’d finally hit my goals, finish what I started, and follow through.
But I have ADHD - and my brain doesn’t work that way.
I can’t just will more discipline in my life, it’s more than just having grit, willpower, or whatever else you call it.
I’ve spent years starting something new with a burst of energy and motivation, but then I’d burn out fast and lose interest when things became abstract and difficult. I’ve tried planners, systems, habits - only to feel ashamed when they didn’t stick.
What finally helped me wasn’t more pressure. It was building a scaffold - a structure that worked with my brain. Something simple, sustainable, and flexible enough for the days when my motivation never showed up.
The Skills Scaffold is what I wish I had 10 years ago.
It’s not perfect. But it’s real - and it’s helped me learn the skills that changed my life.
